Injuried=[

haih..injuries is something which every athlete hates the most,and it has came to me..i injuried my back bone after missing a bicycle kick on last saturday while playing futsal,luckily it's not very serious,at least i can still walk,then i sprained my right wrist while training in gym yesterday,so,what can i do now besides running and swimming?however,injuried will never be an excuse for me to stop exercising,i just hope my injuried parts can be recovered as soon as possible,i wanna go to GYM!!!!anyway,i have dated wai to icc later for swimming and spa..i'm only 18 but not 81,don't know why i would get injuried easily nowadays,gotta be more alert~~
