Injuried=[

haih..injuries is something which every athlete hates the most,and it has came to me..i injuried my back bone after missing a bicycle kick on last saturday while playing futsal,luckily it's not very serious,at least i can still walk,then i sprained my right wrist while training in gym yesterday,so,what can i do now besides running and swimming?however,injuried will never be an excuse for me to stop exercising,i just hope my injuried parts can be recovered as soon as possible,i wanna go to GYM!!!!anyway,i have dated wai to icc later for swimming and spa..i'm only 18 but not 81,don't know why i would get injuried easily nowadays,gotta be more alert~~

Life After Final Exam A.K.A Yan Lin's Birthday(24/10/10)

it's a sunday,which was just 2 days after our final exam.so,i made 2 plans for all my LSA3 classmates today as it's also yan lin's sweet 18th=]so,the plans were going to parade k box from 1 to 6 pm,then MP for steamboat from 7.30pm onwards,before that,we guys went for futsal in extreme park where we played until extremely high..so,we gathered together in front of k box until everyone was there only we went it,everyone enjoyed singing so much,xin jing was like hebe,yan lin sang those songs which related to what's been thinking in her mind and of course,yee lim's voice is sooooooo awesome,he could sing songs from jay chou,lam foong and jacky cheung as in their voices,bravo~so we left k box at 6 pm and went for bowling~








for sure,that would not gonna be enough for us,after leaving parade,we straight away went to MP for steamboat,after everyone had arrived,we started to eat by sitting in 3 tables,yee lim's table was mad,everyone from that table ate until non-stop,i guess MP gonna bankrupt soon..lol..meanwhile,yan lin was keep hoping for miracles to happen,although he didn't come,but i guess something which is more meaningful should had happened to her after steamboat=]different languages of birthday songs were sang
in the party,we also met a girl who looks like our monitor,see ying,everyone agree with that too until she had to take a photo with that girl.many photos had been taken throughout the party and finally,we left around 10.30pm.HAPPY BIRTHDAY,yan lin

Perak Open 2010 (16/17th September 2010)

although i have not been training for quite some time already,but the mood of competing in runner has never gone,不知死的我，又再次和队友冲上跑道~we were represented our coach's team,which known as aloysius team and took part in few events,mine was 100m individual and 4x100m team relay with poh khai hoong,lun and wai

these were the moments throughout the tournament,fortunately i could still did the timing of 11.8seconds which everyone was so suprised with it,if i could maintain my speed for the last 50 metres,it would be a better timing~however,our 4x100m relay team got 6th among 7 teams which took part,the results are as follow:

2nd-PDRM A
3rd-ATM
4th-PUO
5th-PDRM B
6th-aloysius team
7th-panthers

wai caught at hamstring injuried when approaching the finish line,hope he can recover soon..anyway,i will back in training throughout this final holidays and ready to perform again in next year,with at least a shine in SMI school sports day~
